Controversial counselor, George Lutterodt has encouraged young adults in existing relationships to maintain the friendship they once had with their ex, even after a breakup.
According to Lutterodt, it is imperative to still keep that friendly relationship with your ex albeit casual because one way or the other, they have also contributed immensely to your life.
He also stated that such a relationship had the potential of keeping your spouse on their toes.
The controversial media pundit was engaged in a relationship discussion with Roselyn Felli on TV Africa's Breakfast Live on the topic "Should you support your ex in (his or her) times of need?"
In his submission Lutterodt said, "the welfare of your ex is very important. In this world we are living in, if someone marries you today and gets to know that your ex is a certain rich man with a certain class and that man never got married to you, it will keep your husband on his toes, and this is something many people don’t know.”
Reverend Lutterodt further claimed that so many Ghanaian celebrities were currently facing a lot of challenges in their quest to be in relationships because of their "B1 and B2" statuses (born one or born two) syndrome. Meaning, they have a child or two without a formal relationship with their baby mamas or daddys.
Breakfast Live airs every weekday from 8am-10am with Sedinam Amegashie and Roselyn Felli.
