D-Black apologises to Ghanaians over ‘Wo Maame’ insult

Rapper and CEO of Black Avenue record label, Desmond Blackmore, known in showbiz as D-Black has rendered an unqualified apology to Ghanaians over his ‘Wo Maame’ insult on Twitter.

The rapper disappointed many, when he replied ‘Wo Maame’ (Your mother) to a troll that Okyeame Kwame’s son, Sir was a better rapper than him.

D-Black tells JoyNews’ MzGee, his tweet was meant to be a joke.

“I tweeted it but it was a joke. It was supposed to be funny. I’m sorry it was supposed to be funny,” he explained.

In this video below, D-Black also reiterated his quest to be president of the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) and signing Wisa despite his court issues.
