As seen on social media: Van Vicker has an issue with the Police

Actor Van Vicker is calling for the laws of the country to respected by all persons irrespective of one's status or profession.

in a post on Instagram Tuesday, complained about a damaged tail light of a police pickup and wondered what would have happened if a private or commercial vehicle had such broken tail-lights.
